You can ask about the working conditions and whether you are going to be working alone or on a team of other nurses. This is going to be vital to some people especially if you like working on a team. Ask about what the patient load is per nurse and if you are going to be able to extend suggestions or your opinion on improving patient care or other aspects of the facility.

There are some facilities that are going to allow you to expand on your knowledge by offering classes and seminars which can be beneficial as well.
